How we structure partnerships

Built to be fair and transparent

    Equity, not loans
    Investors own a share of the fund or project. There is no interest-bearing debt and no guaranteed return.

    Profit shared when earned
    Profits and losses are shared according to written terms; the manager earns a fee agreed in advance.

    Each property in its own company
    Properties are held in separate LLCs, and each fund keeps its own investors, books and taxes.

    Regular written reporting
    Partners receive updates on every acquisition, renovation and sale.
