How a project moves

Feasibility
Zoning, title, access, utilities, soils and a realistic budget before anyone commits.

Entitlement
Plans, permits and approvals, including lot splits, subdivisions and condominium approvals.
- STAGE 3
Build
Licensed contractors on fixed budgets, with independent inspections at each milestone.
- STAGE 4
Sell or hold
Sell finished homes or units, or keep some as rentals, as agreed with partners up front.
Every project is held in its own company in the country where the land sits, with written agreements setting out each partner's contribution, fees and share of profit.
